Scammers attempted to charge $99 subscription and my bank declined they mentioned nothing about a subscription don't do it .

2-29-24 I spoke with FIXD Automotive CS Rep Anissa and she was very friendly, nice and pleasant to speak with to process the refund for the service fee for the FIXD Automotive device. I was expecting to have to get aggressive to get my refund and was surprised that I did not have any negative issues with the refund process. It's very rare for companies today to not give at a little push back when a customer wants to do a refund/return. Thank you again FIXD Automotive for being one of the few companies out there that is easy, nice, professional and pleasant to work with when it comes to your refund/return process.
