Great place!! Beautiful views and close to everything!

Casa Azul was wonderful. Everything was as pictured. Every kitchen tool and appliance that you would need is there. There was more than enough room for 12 of us. The outdoor pool area is beautiful plenty of lounge chairs and tables for all. A 10 minute walk to the beach, less if you walk fast. Having the chairs set up on the beach isn’t something I would have thought to do, but we really enjoyed that amenity. The only negative I can say is the pool did start to turn cloudy by Wednesday evening.Five star did send someone out Thursday morning and it was clear by Friday morning. I do think the pool needs to be cleaned at least once during the week, as there was dirt on the bottom. That being said it didn’t stop our fun, I would definitely recommend this property as I would come back in a heartbeat. Also Five star was very prompt in answering all my questions and even took the time to call the day before our arrival to see if I had any last minute questions or needed any further information. The Luke house was a great size for our family. The location was close to the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart and bikes. Customer service could have been better. Before the trip, it was easy to call and ask questions. After we arrived there, the pool/jacuzzi heater had needed a new part, so 2 days were with cold water, and having to contact the company multiple times was a bit stressful because I had already paid for the heating. We finally had heat in the pool and I was reimbursed, as was expected. The time it took for all of this to take place was not satisfactory, as we were only there for 4 days.

Just Beachy is a great property and 5 Star made it so easy. I love that we didn't have to go to the office to get the key, all automated locks made it so easy for everyone staying at the house. The house was just a blink away from the beach and we used the bikes daily to run to the Dollar general, which was just down the street. And the Winn Dixie is a mile away, so we didn't have to drive far at all. The house was well stocked, but could have used a few more skillets or pans, and we brought our own Keriug. The only thing that was missing were towel hooks in the bathrooms. All of the bedrooms had comfy beds and spotless bathrooms. The sprinkler in the back sprung a leak and 5 star was there in no time to fix it. We will definitely use 5 star again.

We loved our house that we rented and although we did have some issues with the A/C we were provided with portable units for that floor and they worked great!

Great house, very spacious. Extremely close to beach access. No problems as expected with Five Star (my second rentals with Five Star). I would rent this house again!! The pool was perfect for grandkids. Everyone had a great time.

The overall location and facility were great. The place nice some TLC. The upstairs laundry did not work, floor was filthy for toddlers, some of the chairs were broken (indoors and out), a couple of the tiles around the pool were loose creating a hazard, the built-in grill (photos) has not been replaced with a free standing grill, the cooking utensils were lacking, a couple of the cooking pans were rusted, the battery on the door alarm to the pool died at 5:00 and woke everyone up. I don't want to be all negative, The ice maker was a plus, there is a refrigerator on every floor (large one close to the pool), the beds were clean, bathrooms worked great. Overall, we had a great time.

My family has been using 5 Star for at least five years and probably many more than that. They have been wonderful to us. We always have between 15 and 20 children, grandchildren and great grandchildren for the week. They never disappoint and the houses are great. We will continue using them as long as we go to Destin as a family. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who wants a great house, superior treatment and reasonable pricing. They are the best rental agency in the area!

We were late in finding a house to rent for a Senior Trip because we did not know where the kids wanted to go because of Covid. So I took a chance with a Fivestar Property and from the first phone call they were AWESOME!!! They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted and made it seamless!! The Enclave in Santa Rosa was better than any photos and everything was just so easy to do. I will definitely be using them for future trips!!!

Great rental experience.

Booking was easy. We were even able to check in a little sooner due to an easy arrival. Anytime I needed to contact someone I was able to with ease. Few minor issues with house were addressed next day. Email reporting system made reporting issues easy peasy. Neighborhood is quiet. Pool area clean and well maintained. House looked just as good as it did when we stayed 4 years ago. Only complaint is I wish there was hand soap for the kitchen 🤣🤣🤣.

First class from the initial call through departure. Finally a company that has put it all together for vacationers. Nice work 5-star. You truly are.

Five Star Properties was a great company to work with. They were easy to communicate with and checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction with the house we rented.

We started at the Not the Norm. Over all not bad.. but... we own our own business and understand that you have to invest upkeep funds when your property is getting older. It could have been cleaner inside and out. The cleaning charge was $1000.... alittle over the top..too many broken chairs and lounge chairs, trash along the side of the house, pool could have been cleaner... lots of little items force that amount of money. Next time I’ll look around more..the pictures of the place were done very well.. reality ?... I don’t know.. this is the second survey I’ve done and nobody ever calls me back ..

The property is wonderful but is a little sad! The property needs new furniture in both the living and dining areas! The furniture that is there is uncomfortable and very used/unclean!

Our family stayed here 5/14-5/21/21. Best deck (huge) with pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. With some TLC this place could be even more spectacular and for the increase in wkly rental price the owners should bite the bullet and invest a little more. Pros - *awesome brand new deck * awesome view and huge deck that overlooks the ocean with fab pool and jacuzzi * all new furniture in den * all new table and patio furniture make this easily one of the best rentals for a family. * The separate guest suite with its own kitchen was fantastic for my daughter, husband and 8 month old (as it had its own refrigerator and they could be close to family but still quite for night time) Negatives: * get the outside house painted and fix the stucco like your neighbors have * fix the outdoor shower head and outside rinse off area (could easily run the water to where you walk up from beach) vs. having to walk across the new deck with all the sandy feet * throw away all the utensils. The knives are so dull it was hard to cut anything. * freezer in main fridge doesn’t get cold enough. I would consider a new fridge. * throw away the toaster. It burns toast on the bottom and doesn’t cook toast at the top * get a new mesh skimmer for pool. I tried to clean the pool myself after the heavy winds but their was a big hole in the mesh net so I couldn’t clean. No one came out all week, from five star maint, to clean pool during our stay. * pool digital reader says it is completely out of salt to make chlorine. Someone needs to maintain pool better *eaves on the outside of house, next to deck, are completely falling off. I could fix myself if you gave me 4 hours. Maint said it would be fixed and no problem just needs to be fixed. Overall, our family absolutely loved this vacation and this house so don’t let the negatives get in the way. Just a message to five star and owners to pick it up and invest a some more $ into this fabulous property given the weekly prices you now charge.
