I really like the house it had plenty of space. beautiful view. Had a great time.

Great rental property for multi-family vacation! Property was clean. Kitchen was well equipped and large. Several coffee makers and Keurig. Pool was incredible. Hot tub was even better. Close proximity to beach. Room to play spike ball on the pool deck. Lots of family game nights in the kitchen and in the downstairs rec area. Those that went to bed earlier could do so undisturbed. Few minor issues with one of the dishwashers,etc. Happy renter!

Beautiful house and well stocked and clean. Bikes available and great location. We loved our stay!

What a fantastic home. Just steps from the beach and room for everyone. Beautiful furnishings and top of the line appliances. Everything we needed to have a great family vacation.

Our second Christmas at this property and once again we had a fabulous stay. The house fits our needs perfectly. The pool is excellent, providing all day sun. My one suggestion would be to update the living room furniture. Couch and chair were broken, making it difficult for our family to sit comfortably.

We were very satisfied with Everything in side the house. Wouldn’t ask for more. Gorgeous house.

We loved our stay at Endless Summer. Perfect location near the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. It is a beautiful, updated home, that is clean, spacious and just what we needed for a family getaway. We can't wait to return. Five Star was great to work with when we had minor issues with amenities.

A small problem gaining access to the property but the issue was quickly resolved. The property is well maintained. We will use Five Star Properties again without a doubt

The home we rented was beautiful. However, the untimely information from Five Star Properties and Bliss Beach regarding the restrictions of WaterColor and the non-functioning heated pool was less than satisfactory. We were not able to rent golf carts so In order to accommodate the varying ages in our party, it was necessary for us to rent a 15 passenger van to get around WaterColor (very expensive). The part, for the heated pool that was supposedly broken, was, according to the maintenance man onsite, not enough to fix the pool. The entire heating mechanism was installed incorrectly and without replacing the whole mechanism the whole house could burn down. If we would have had all of the facts prior to renting "Reunions" we would have looked at other homes closer to the club house and the other amenities of WaterColor

The second floor had restricted heat to 77 degrees. The thermostat was locked and there was no heat on the first floor at all specially during the winter time one would presume these thing would be taken care of prior to giving the home as a rental during Christmas to any family. The fireplace wasn’t working on the second floor was never fixed to working condition. The shower was fixed the next day. There was no thermostat on the first floor which was 30 degrees cold and unbearably cold during our stay we had to go out and bring space heaters for each of the rooms on the first floor. There was dust on the tables and the third floor toilet had spider webs. No one came to speak and explain to us about the facility. No Christmas tree during Christmas time.

We loved this property! It is right across the street from a private beach for this community. Each bedroom has it own bathroom attached. The property is very well maintained and up to date. The only issue we had was with the WIFI. It would let us watch YouTube and Netflix but we couldn't seem to do a simple internet search. We hope to stay here again when we return to the Destin/Miramar area.

The property was true to photo likeness and the property management was very responsive to our questions and requests. Will definitely recommend to others and use again for our family.

This comfortable and relaxing home in Four Mile Village was a good choice for our group of 7 for the Christmas holidays. While not beachfront, it has an excellent beach view and you can easily walk to the beach in about 5 minutes. It is an older home and does have numerous nuisance maintenance issues like leaky faucets in both of the upstairs bathrooms that need to be fixed. We know from experience that the upkeep on any beach home is always a work in progress, but this one does need some TLC. Also, the bed in the queen bedroom upstairs had a fair amount of sand in the sheets when we arrived, so apparently they had not been changed since the last use - all of the beds in the house were very comfortable. To be fair, the good features of this house far outweigh the minor problems. Overall all of us really enjoyed our stay and agreed that all things considered we would be up for renting this same property in the future.

The house layout was great. Enough space for everyone. We had a great view and loved the location. However, we had problems with the hot water and had to call them out the 2nd day we were there. Also, the pool was suppose to be heated and was not heated upon arrival and so we only got to use it half of the time even though we paid for it a week in advance. The kitchen stools and other furniture around the house were filthy so we took it upon ourselves to atleast sanitize them. The customer service when calling in was below average. I would try to rerent this place but see if there is an option through a different rental company than Five Star Properties. Our stay was definitely not five star and their customer service didn't treat us as five star customers .

We had a fantastic time. With a lifestyle that is non stop, it was very relaxing to sit on the deck looking out over the gulf or just go sit on the beach. The house was suited perfectly, and we are talking about a future return.

Five Star Properties did great. However, the house we rented was not that great. We were at Las Olas. The elevator did not work, the swimming pool was out of commission, bathroom sinks were backing up, whirlpool bath in the master did not work, and a bed was broken. Five Star properties was notified and responded promptly and fixed what they could while we were there. The living room furniture really needed to be replaced. The cushions you sat on were really flat. But after we left, we communicated with five Star properties and they did a great job of making it right for us. Again, the house needed fixing but Five Star Properties was great for us.
