Really happy with our new windows and door. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end, from pre-installation planning and preparation to installation and after sales support with an issue we had. Good value and they look fab.
The windows are fitted well and seen to be high quality. The downside is the damage they did while fitting them and the lies they tell which make it hard to trust them and want them in your property. They chipped my furniture in my bedroom and my wallpaper, even though I had cleared a space around the windows. They called me up and left a voice message on the Monday saying they had a job cancel so if I liked they could come a few days early to fit the windows, I listened to the voice message and didn't call back as I wasn't available on the days they proposed. They then called me at 7:30 am the next day and lied to me assuming I hadn't heard the message the previous day, they said they couldn't complete the work on the day I booked so they needed to come that day instead, I told them that wasn't possible so asked when we would have to reschedule to and at that point they said actually yes they could still do it o the day I booked originally. They also lied about deadlines during the initial quoting point, saying I could only have the discount if I signed the paperwork immediately (without checking their reviews first and arranging it the following day). They did a good job on the windows but with all the lying it is hard to want to use them again or recommend them.

Similar experience to others, hard sell was a real turnoff. Had a canvasser come round, agreed to measurements being done next day cause I was curious. Fella comes round, heard the entire company's history, all the usual spiel, an hour in we finally took measurements, then saw the product demo, colour ways etc and after two hours we finally got to the price. They wanted £18k for 7 windows and a door 🤣 nearly fell off my chair. Then oh, we can discount it to £16k for you, I'm doing finance with my own windows, you seem like a smart guy, blah blah...unravelling his own image the more he talked. Then he could get the price down to £10k, still a no cause by this point I knew what was up. Calls his manager, surprise surprise they can get it down to £8k if I sign for it today. Took me a further half an hour to get him out of my house, practically scooting him out the door, telling him repeatedly that I had to get back to work and he was welcome to email me the prices... 2.5 hours later and no, I think I'll be going with a local company who won't be trying to charge me double so that I'll be convinced to buy them "half price"... Learned my lesson, NEVER trust anyone who canvasses door to door! I worry for the elderly who would easily fall for this nonsense!

Rang an hour before he came out, rang phone when couldn't get answer from door as was out back, fitted restrictor very chatting and friendly, wasn't here all that long either so win win
Window fitters, Michael Percy & Darren Thomson turned up as planned, were pleasant, friendly and very efficient, with no mess they removed the old windows and fitted new windows really professionally, quickly, cleanly and were finished in no time,a really good job, don't even have too decorate around the new windows,as a beading finishes the job perfectly, window operation was demonstrated and explained simply,10/10.

Matt Wick and Andy OConner did an absolute fantastic job in installing our New Windows. They arrived well ahead of time and did a fantastic job and were done by 2pm. They came to my house to give a qoute but it take too long, they was keep talking About magical discounts and schemes that is valid only today and was frustrating. Did not wanted to give me quote because my wife was not at home??? I would not recommend this company
I have just had a new roof fitted on my conservatory by First Home Improvements. It is absolutely beautiful ( and I no longer have leaks when it rains)! All the staff from sales to surveyor to fitters were great. The fitters Lee and Max Parkes worked so hard in very hot weather and were so considerate to me and my dog making sure everything was safe and tidy at the end of each day. The quality of service, products and workmanship is well worth the cost. Thanks to all.
We recently had our windows and front door fitted by First Home Improvements, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and courteous. A big thank you to David Iddon, Ian Gill, Jamie Pallton, and Harry Gill for their excellent work. They were quick, tidy, and polite throughout the installation process. The final result looks fantastic. The new windows and door have significantly improved both the ventilation inside our home and its overall curb appeal. Called Fisrt Home after one of the doors hinges was playing up, called company and they booked me in within few days. Absolutely amazing and Oustanding service received from Jade Downs who came on time, very professional and knew exactly how to fix the job. Robert crick and Teddy Campbell recently came and fitted my windows, they were very considerate and polite and they did the efficiently. They fitted the windows in perfectly making sure that it looked great, they cleaning after themselves and did the work as quickly as possible. The windows look amazing…
