Was told to change the review but here we go again. I initially queried with regards to a potential personal injury claim however according to them, due to the the long process it took for my ‘injury’ to occur, they refused to take my case on board, not knowing that injuries can take time to develop as if every human is the same in their eyes. I also explained it took a while due to personal and mental health issues and I also explained that claims can be made up to 3 years, yet they neglected that right although its within the law, they still refused to take my claim on. I wouldn’t reccomend stuck up companies like this at all, found elsewhere and they were amazing. Your loss
