Called up today and got the wonderful Shanice. My issues are quite complex and a need time to catch my breath etc and she as sooo accommodating. I had a better conversation with Shanice than all medical professionals I’ve spoken to over the last 6 months. Super polite, very accommodating and thorough! Such a pleasant and caring woman! Credit to the business and we need more hearts like hers.
