I called the afternoon in regards to my heath condition resulting from my surgeries at the hospital. I spoke to a lady, i think her name was Ashley. She was very polite and patient, as i need to take short break due to a long term medical issue. She was so kind and understanding with me,and this gave me the confident to relay everything about my life changing medical treatment that went wrong. She attentively took notes of my concern and directed me to the legal dept . Overall , she me very comfortable telling her my story.
