Holly was lovely!
Holly was lovely, I had initially called to speak with another member of the team however when calling and being listened to by Holly I was very comfortable and felt as ease speaking with her. It’s a nerve wracking thing and she made the process easy, simple, quick and efficient aswell as showing compassion, consideration, making me feel listened to & actioned my form to the next process.
