Tracy was and continues to be great at helping me with initially finding a mortgage and helping me with the re-mortgage upon the plan ending recently. During the initial mortgage search she was pro-actively looking out for the best deal she could find on my behalf through a number of different lender options, along with making sure I got the best rate this time around for re-mortgage, presenting me with my options and what she thought was best. She followed up throughout the plan to see how things were going and reached out when the plan was almost up to start the process of re-mortgage. Really happy with the service, will continue to use Firmitas for my mortgage needs as in my opinion it is well worth the money.

I transferred to Adam James as my advisor after I felt I was getting poor advice from my previous financial advisor. Adam gives Excellent Service, and is happy to share thoughts on Financial Planning without trying to force me down routes I may not want to go. I have no hesitation in recommending Adam at Firmitas to others. Adam was suggested as a St James Partner by a neighbour who also uses him, and is also extremely pleased with the level of Service.
