Signed up for the loan in the evening on my night shift and filled out application, had a call from a very nice lady around 09:30am the next morning when my night shift had finished, she asked me some questions regarding my finances etc. Told me I was approved and I kid you not within the hour the funds were in my bank account. Absolutely superb flawless service soo far from Finio/Oakbrook. Well impressed and would definitely recommend. Very painless experience indeed and I am very happy with the service thus far.

Communicating in a decent time frame would be a good start, almost a 24-hour gap between each reply to my emails, Waste of time, 4 days in total until I decided to close my application - won't be using again.. I've had a lone for about a year never missed a payment. I ended up having problems with a relationship so I was going to struggle to pay they offered to reduce payments for me for a while till I managed to get back up on my feet but turns out it was a bad idea as they still want the full payment after the month I had reduce payments so been no help at all.

I applied for a loan they are approved my application in an hour hopefully I will get the money 💰😁 with in 3 days all my struggles will be paidoff

I'm not sure what's happening. I was approved over a week ago for a consolidation loan but it seems to be stuck at the bit where Paylink pays off the credit card. I used live chat to report it but to no avail. Still no "Welcome Pack" either. Edit: I've had to use their contact form which they call "email" to cancel my application. I've no agreement so it shouldn't technically be a "Withdrawal". However, what does this company do with all the information they gather? I had to grant access to my account via "consent.online" Do I have to write and tell them to delete all data they have regarding myself? Bad experience.

Unfortunately due to a low credit score i was struggling to secure a loan for a new car!! mine broke on the monday and by tuesday thanks to this company i had 1000 in the bank to get a new car!! yes APR is very high but this company said yes when others turned me away! Will help improve my score also in the future.
