More information about what you are doing and what you require BEFORE closing so that I can meet your needs without costing more money taken out to pay bills I already have set aside for this purpose. Information is important to the customer also.

Communication from the beginning excellent..Beginning with Wayne Hall on explaining reverse mortgage & then Jeffery Beuth taking over for Wayne Hall. Had a lot of bumps on transaction mainly customer side but Jeffery & Sarah had patience. After all issues resolved the signing of documents (Matt) very professional & explained documents. Overall experience GREAT. Will recommend Jeffery Beuth to friends who want a mortgage transaction.

The loan officer who guided me through the process was the most important element in this loan. He far excedded my expectations. We develop trust in each other. This was the second time I have had a reverse mortgage. I closed one out about ten years ago when I lived in a different state. I was already somewhat educated in the process but was blown away by the service I received. Jarod called almost daily in the crucial periods to update me and hold my hand when that was needed. I couldn't believe how fast he got things going and kept them moving until the closing.
