If I need to phone FBD I get straight through to a customer service agent quickly without enduring a long wait and having to listen to multiple options from an AI bot as now appears to be the norm.

I don’t like the disappearance of paper. There should be a paper cover of the key documents, probably just 2 page summary including the receipt.
