Got back from holidays today and was in no form to deal with a chatbot or spend 2 hours dealing with one of the online insurance companies who just want to take your money and run. I went to Tralee FBD centre who had me on the road in no time with a new car insurance policy I wanted and explained in simple language and with a smile thanks to the wonderful agent Joanne who looked after me. In an age of where in person communication seems to be rare, its refreshing to see a young generation agent like Joanne espose a genuine empathy for her customers requirements. I will return to FBD Tralee now with more business from now on. No hesitation in giving a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review.
