Was unhappy with quality and range at my local optician so took to the internet. Found Fashion Eyewear and pardon the pun, but never looked back. My first glasses were Zeiss lenses and I can honestly say they’re fantastic. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I contacted Fashion Eyewear to chat to their opticians to make sure that I selected the exact same type of lenses again as I was soooo happy. They were brilliant. We spoke on the phone and then the optician emailed me the exact details of my previous order. I had that printed next to me when I ordered my new glasses. The ordering process was so simple. Uploaded my eye test results from my local optician and filled in the requirements and hit send. Glasses were here in less than 2 weeks (I’m in Shetland) with text updates all throughout the process. Very happy customer. Would highly recommend

The website was reasonably easy to use. The price was competitive. I disliked the long delivery time--eyeglasses are very hard to wait for, particularly the 2 weeks and 2 days between placing the order and actually receiving the item. After receiving the item and having a problem, I reached out for support but the silence I got was not good.

My item was a pre-order. I waited the 8 weeks advised and got a great pair of glasses. I got regular email updates, so I knew what was going on.

Shipping is fast and Chanel glasses is beautiful. Will continue order from this company
