It was easy to measure, easy to sort and choose, easy to pay and was a trackable parcel.
I ordered a pair of glasses what was advertised to be ready to ship next day,I paid extra for delivery and it took 2 weeks to be sent. Customer service also took about a week to answer to my questions. Very disappointed .

Ordered an item that was out of stock everywhere, even with the brand directly. These guys got my item eventually.
Ordered my glasses on the 11th of August after my previous ones had broken. I never received a confirmation email, consistently had to wait days in between responses from customer service and kept being told the glasses are in their next step of being made. The glasses were only just dispatched today on the 26th of August and I will now wait 3 more days for them to be delivered. No point in paying the fast express delivery and wasting your money like I did, as what’s the point when the company takes 18 days to get my glasses to me. Not worth the wait whatsoever and no remorse or support provided when you call their call centre either.
