I really appreciate it. The customer service I received today. One thing they could improve is having another person close by that speaks English so people can understand them and the customers don’t sound so rude asking the representative to repeat themselves.

I have been very impressed with the service and communication from this company. And when I did not understand something, their telephone number was right there for me to quickly call. Very unusual. Other loans I have applied for wood send a message saying that I got the loan and needed to approve it but Did not give me a way to do so. No link or any information. I don’t like to borrow money, but if I need to so far, this is the best place I have found.

They are very courteous and very helpful. No matter the situation they always try to help you.

I took out a loan for 500 and paid it off, Explore Credit wrote a company e-check against my account for an additional 400. after account was paid off.. Wow Baby we are going to court. that's called FRAUD, criminal deception with intent to Steal Moneyyyyy.
