Exodus Reviews

Goede klantenservice indien nodig

When I had an issue one time with an unauthorized transaction. After making a complaint, they were able to get back to me as soon as possible. They resolve the problem immediately. I truly appreciated with their team response.

Amazing customer service! Had a problem with unstaking tokens, got an immediate reply from customer service that resolved my issue.

Rip off.Liars and thieves SCAM

I had an issue with accessing a wallet and the customer service was quick and great follow through until the issue was resolved.

Exodus Wallet is top notch with the best customer service.

Sent my wrx to the wrong bag. Apparently needed a bianance bag not polygon. The found it and my link and I recovered them to the correct account. Thankyou

I had an issue with on of my assets being no longer supported. I addressed it to the support team and they found a solution which is perfect and was easy to execute and very timely. That's what I want - keep up the great work, Exodus-team!

Customer Support gave very prompt response & reply .... very good service

Best wallet for beginners that I found; easy to use and really good layout. Customer service is also excellent.

Reviewing because of great customer service. They have an issue with their APT staking UI which is preventing me from claiming my now unstaked APT. So why 5 stars? Because after a little whining for the catharsis they reached out and sent me $100 worth of BTC. Absolutely erased my concerns.

I highly recommend Exodus, I have had my crypto wallet with Exodus over 5 years now and 2 times I have had an issue the Support team have been positive (when I wasn't so ) and super responsive when you're panicking about access to your wallet it is reassuring to get fast an helpful replies. Thanks Exodus Support Team

good service

The guys were great. They helped an older man who was out of his comfort zone I would recommend those guys to everyone

Probably wouldn’t bother they only ring you on the weekly to get you to invest more money . I found them aggressive to be honest . After my 3rd consultant in 3 months . Have the text messages to prove it if anyone wants to see them . There not bothered at all lol lost £200.00 o well

Excellent support - always responsive and helpful

My computer crashed and after I restored it I could not access my wallet in exodus. It accepted my password but showed no wallet . I lost the 12 word recovery. After explaining this to exodus they said tough luck nothing we can do. what a scam.
