I'm new to crypto and just got scammed $2000. He accessed my digital wallet and cleaned it out! Had Exodus had a two-step verification process in place I would've been notified a strange device was trying to access my account and alerted me!

I have been using Exodus since mid-2021 and it's been nothing but amazing. I've found it very easy to send and receive crypto from all of my devices. I couldn't recommend it enough for a easy to use mc (multichain) wallet. Support have been fast and very helpful my issues, and even gave me a decent compensation one time for when a bug I was facing.

I bought a new Windows 11 computer because of Microsoft's decision to stop supporting Windows 10. I had opened an Exodus wallet account several years ago with my Windows 10 computer and when I fired up my new 11 computer, I discovered that my Exodus wallet didn't have the LTCs in it anymore. Well, I discovered that as long as you keep your 12 word Exodus wallet recovery phrase, you can recover your wallet and all of its' contents even if you get a new computer. To me, it's amazing! When you download Exodus on your new computer you'll see an option to Recover Your Wallet, but it is CRITICAL that you know the recovery phrase that you created when you first got your Exodus wallet. Don't lose those twelve words and your cryptos will ALWAYS be safe with an Exodus wallet!

This wallet is the scummiest, most unsafe, worst wallet overall. Backstory: I installed this wallet only on my phone. I created my portfolio and had writen down the seed phrase on a piece of paper. Never saved it online, never saved it anywhere on my computer on the internet in general. The wallet has no security... U only have the pin number you set and maybe enable your fingerprint. There is no 2 step authentication for legit anything. You don't get any emails, sms messages, authenticator prompts... Nothinggggg.... Basically the wallet is "safe" with a seed phrase. So if anyone has a software that run all day trying seed phrases they can get in your wallet. I deposited 150€ of Tron and set my phone to charge next to me while I was gaming on my computer. One hour later it said the funds have been sent to another account. I panicked and contacted support (only email support and they say 24/7 even though they need 2 days to answer) but they gave me the usual spiel that they cant give me my funds back and that is not their fault and that there is nothing they can do. I gave them all the receipts all the info and nothing. They can chack that the account that recieved the funds eas literally a week old and that is so sus. Legit no protection. If u are going to use a wallet, use Kraken on Coinbase. Never use Exodus because this is the worst decision u will ever make.

Hello. A year ago (in October 2024) I did a swap from Bitcoin to Ethereum via Exodus ( Order ID OWYUJV ) n.exchange The funds were held for verification, they requested KYC, an interview, supporting documents, a passport. ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING WAS PROVIDED. I can confirm this, download all the correspondence from the mail for you. The exchanger just started IGNORING me ABSOLUTELY everywhere, at the mail, on their website in the live chat. When mentioning the swap request number in the chat on the exchanger's website, the n.exchange operator simply leaves the chat. (I can also confirm) What should I do now? You provided the swap and now i am being ignored for over 6 months, what should i do now? your partner has not responded to any emails in 6 months

Jag vill varna andra Exodus-användare som köper via MoonPay. En plånbok dök upp i MoonPay-appen med både MoonPays namn och logga, tillsammans med köp- och sälj-knappar. MoonPay har nu själva erkänt att detta kan ske automatiskt, även om plånboken i själva verket är extern och inte kontrolleras av dem. Detta är mycket vilseledande och kan leda till att man skickar pengar till en adress man inte har kontroll över. Jag rapporterade detta redan i november 2023 men väntar fortfarande på att MoonPay ska ge en teknisk förklaring. Var försiktiga när ni använder MoonPay via Exodus
