I phoned up late on a Thursday afternoon enquiring about a delivery. I was given a quote there and then and my flooring was collected the following morning as arranged. I was also able to check a link which kept me up to date with the progress of my returned flooring. From the initial phone enquiry right through to the conclusion I.e successful return of my items the customer service was second to none. If I had to return anything again I would definitely use EVO Logistics and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. First class service from start to finish.
