Once collected, the delivery arrangements were fine. However, the courier had not been given the name of the house for collection of the parcel and appeared quite frustrated when he eventually had phoned me to find out which property he was meant to be collecting from. I find that slightly worrying from a courier service, wasting their company time when they had my full details...
