Type 2 extension cable
As my daughter has just bought her first car and I need to have my car available at the end of the drive due to being on call for work at night I needed to extend the length of cable from my tethered EV charger. After some research online which suggested that it was not possible to extend a type 2 cable with another type 2 cable I was about to give up. I then visited evcableshop.co.uk and spotted a cable designed specifically for the task. After a brief online discussion with staff, during which they were very prompt and helpful, to check it would do what I wanted it to do I went ahead and placed the order. The cable arrived very quickly and I am pleased to say that it works very well, I can now extend my tethered EV charger another 5 meters and reach the car when it is at the end of my drive.

Ordered a "slow" charger for home use before installation of a fast charger. It arrived speedily and was very well packaged to avoid damage. Works exceedingly well, and was an excellent price too! Also got a free bag to keep it in in return for leaving a review...
