Don’t buy anything from this company
Unfortunately, after only a handful of uses the cable overheated and burnt into a socket therefore destroying both my socket and this new cable. The cable was supposed to be BMW 330 E compatible however this does not seem to be the case having replaced the EV cable shop cable with a genuine BMW cable there are no issues. Therefore, the cable was not up to the job and faulty and expensive I emailed the EV cable shop to find a solution and return the cable. No reply, two weeks later. I emailed again no reply. I telephoned not once but several times only to be met with an answering machine to tell me to email them so I emailed them again and no reply . Appalling communication appalling service and I do not recommend anyone touch this company with so much as one pence worth of goods
