I ordered a car battery from Carmarthen (30 miles away) at 8:30 in the morning and it arrived within the hour. I was amazed.

Great range and choice of parts for any car, which were easy to locate on the website. They were delivered very quickly after placing the order and were well packaged.

Im asked to review my purchase which still hasn't arrived 5 days later so yea....here it is. Edit: After posting i track package. Said delivered an hour ago...package nowhere, 3 people in the house its not like i didnt hear the bell. Where is my package??? Do i need to go neighbor to neighbour now and ask if they have my package??? If they delivered to a neighbour, why not say which one!! This is free delivery.... Further edit: after an hour talking to bots and entering my details 9 different times, was told delivery is in transit, and that "Delivered" means its been billed by the store it doesn't mean package was delivered...and that order will arrive by 6pm today....

its 12:12 and there is a long line of customers and only 1 available cashier as we speak i have been in line for 20 mints and still counting I also see many other staff waking around shelving and nit carrying a bit for the long long line As a write am still in line

Euro car part bedford bad customer service i bought items in shop and relized they were cheaper online same day so I bought them online too and then when I went to send back the expensive ones back I was refused service by Keith Turner. Bad attitude and not great understanding of consumer law.

It's not very often, but when you get absolutely perfect customer service, from a knowledgeable person, you think as a business owner, I'd give you a job tomorrow, I had that experience with a gentleman called Ibs at Loughborough Euro parts. Euro car parts Loughborough you have a diamond.

Simple, easy to use website and order the exact product - a car battery - needed, however I received no confirmation email of my order even though gave the correct address and checked spam folders etc. Still product was delivered, except to the CC billing address - not the specified delivery address. I had to make 5 phone calls to get the battery delivered to the correct address. One of the staff said that a member of staff would call me back to resolve issue - no call came. Eventually got things sorted, re: delivery and battery is working perfectly
