Très bon service. Laurine est une personne charmante et très professionnelle. Seul bémol, de nombreuses divergences entre ce que dit l'ex propriétaire et ce qu'a dit l'agence.

Ronduit professionele aanpak met uitstekende opvolging. Er wordt gedaan wat beloofd wordt. Bijvoorbeeld opvolging. Effectieve wekelijkse rapportage zodat je duidelijk weet welke acties er geweest zijn. In geen enkel ander vastgoedkantoor heb ik dit zo goed weten gebeuren.

We hebben ons huis verkocht. Vanaf het eerste contact tot aan de verkoop werd steeds tijd gemaakt voor ons. Het onthaal was warm, we werden goed geïnformeerd en op een eerlijke manier zochten we uit wat voor ons de beste formule was. Ons huis werd verkocht voor de prijs die we samen hadden vooropgesteld. Alles werd goed geregeld en heel wat stress werd voorkomen omdat we de verkoop in alle vertrouwen uit handen konden geven. De investering zeker en vast waard. Bedankt team Era!

Alles klopt volgens wat er geschreven staat en is een kantoor die nog steeds het persoonlijk contact belangrijker vindt dan gewoon wat papieren invullen! Vooral een Pluim voor Amber, hoe ze haar klanten opvolgt en elke mail steeds onmiddellijk beantwoordt!
