Ordered some items that appeared in stock. Paid expedited shipping to get items on time for tournament. To later find out “an inventory error” occurred, so am item was now out of stock. I got the option to reorder the item when it became in stock. However, I had to pay for shipping again for an item that would otherwise be on the same shipping originally. When I reached out to customer service ….. well to say the least … no customer service skills at all.

Delivery took a while to receive. Ups then lost the box but finally it arrived in a beat up box but hats were in good shape.

I did not receive any shipping info. The package did not have my name on them and I did not realize that they had arrived.

Excellent product and much faster shipping than what was expected. As a new coach I'll be using them many times in the future!
