Poor customer service
Ordered some items that appeared in stock. Paid expedited shipping to get items on time for tournament. To later find out “an inventory error” occurred, so am item was now out of stock. I got the option to reorder the item when it became in stock. However, I had to pay for shipping again for an item that would otherwise be on the same shipping originally. When I reached out to customer service ….. well to say the least … no customer service skills at all.
