I've completed 65% of the course, and now it's difficult to schedule interesting classes because I've already done the ones that interest me.

For me, the best part of the British Council classes was the interaction with real people from all over the world, and the great flexibility and availability of the private classes. Even with the group classes, it was fairly easy to find a suitable slot, considering I had to prepare within a very tight timeframe.

The current application lacks adequate guidance and support for users seeking to acquire knowledge. It appears to be primarily designed for the purpose of generating revenue through a monthly subscription model. From the moment of registration, users are obligated to pay for the entire month, yet they receive little to no assistance. It would be beneficial for the application to incorporate an administrator responsible for orienting newcomers and providing direction on how to achieve their goals. Unfortunately, the primary focus seems to be on monetary gain rather than delivering meaningful value to users. Moreover, the graphical user interface is not user-friendly. Therefore, I cannot recommend this application.

I didn’t like. I don’t think the courses are well-structured. When I had a one-on-one class and I was the only student, the teacher seemed to be in a rush. The class was supposed to last until half past, but he said he was in a hurry and ended it at 28 minutes past the hour. You can imagine how that class went… In my opinion, it’s expensive for what it offers. The teachers aren’t really engaged, and the group classes with people who don’t attend regularly or just ask random questions are pointless. You don’t really learn anything from that. I genuinely tried to give it a chance and see how it works, but I definitely prefer traditional tutoring with dedicated teachers here in Romania.

I'm only 12%of my english online course, but I think I improved my english a lot. Now I can talk about many items and understand people who speak english if they speak slowly. Well done!

Rip off, price and credit will not much.

Some teachers just read the slides, which makes it discouraging to risk using your credits. On another note, a suggestion would be to offer more exercises on the platform as a complementary resource.

I totally agree to study In BC... Is amazing and i recomend. Its being a good choice i made. The experience to Stay in a class speaking and discussing with other students is top top. The teachers are very very good people and they got much patient to the lerners. Greatfull

I would like more teachers with a British Accent. There are many foreign teachers, most of them with Indian English Accent.

Well structured classes that really help you progress and improve speaking.

I honestly would not recommend your online course to anyone else. The two biggest reasons are that there are some unprofessional teachers there and the students who teach without their cameras on are often very rude and don't talk at all.

Entertaining classes with a variety of themes I especially like the one-on-one classes. The flexible scheduling is fantastic.
