I hold a MLO license in the state on New Jersey. I needed to take a late 2024 CE course in order to renew my license, which I completed online through Empire Learning. After I paid and completed the course, I was told that your organization does not provide CE courses for New Jersey. Why was I able to sign up for this course then? Other sites that offers similar courses first ask you for your state before you can continue with registering for a course. You guys are a scam and I will be sure to report this issue to the Better Business Bureau.

The convenience of being able to do the classes on my time. I have used this program since I became a real estate sales person almost 30 years.

This wasn’t mortgage continuing education, it was race based drivel. Will not engage this company for my CE needs in the future.

great courses and they make it so easy to complete! no final exam, test questions are reasonable and not tricky. everything you want!
