Excellent and interesting downloadable courses with additional short audio reviews of the chapters. Excellent customer service. They actually answer the phone. Extremely reasonable pricing and great follow- up. They report your courses you have completed and passed the same or next day to the DBPR, and also provide you the link to renew your license. I will definitely use Empire again for me real estate learning requirements.

Easy to access course. Like that you can start and stop the course depending on your schedule. Material was informative.

As a commercial broker, I find almost all the required NARS material pointless and irrelevant. Perhaps you could offer different ethics classes, and more material that focuses on license renewal education for non-resi folks.

Overall my experience was great. I got off to a rough start on my first lesson/quiz, had to go back and realize the Key Points were at the beginning.
