Started ELFY in may and still not be able to start work as all the training courses when click exit and save IT DON'T SAVE. So have to sit course and test another 4 times before it does save. This is on app platform Internet, app, used my phone, tablet, laptop and computer and it save on nothing. As I cant start until it done missed out in 3 months wages. Pointless platform to complete learning and taken more time then it should. I'd rather be sat in a classroom couple off days and complete these courses then through the ELFY.
You are forced to wait minutes to be able to load the next page and can’t skip to the test at any point. It is so slow it’s not practical or productive. Carer training should be easy and smooth this is clunky and not good at all. Needs to be improved a lot. Not exactly disabled friendly either and treats people like they are stupid as it thinks everyone takes forever to read. Especially if I knew repeating this training every single year and you do it daily for your job. So yes, very much a pointless exercise.
Nothing works consistently, it regularly freezes and just does not work the way it should . Absolute rubbish as are all the govt training apps, no doubt some Tory donor got the contract and tried to adapt existing apps .
I the worst application I have encountered The customer care option is closed for customer.
