Clunky and outdated

You are forced to wait minutes to be able to load the next page and can’t skip to the test at any point. It is so slow it’s not practical or productive. Carer training should be easy and smooth this is clunky and not good at all. Needs to be improved a lot. Not exactly disabled friendly either and treats people like they are stupid as it thinks everyone takes forever to read. Especially if I knew repeating this training every single year and you do it daily for your job. So yes, very much a pointless exercise.
