We bought our house through Elephant and the service was fantastic, especially Morgan who managed the process smoothly with excellent communication to keep everything on track with great attention to detail. He was always a few steps ahead of us, managing communication between the various parties and ironing out potential issues before they became problems.

If you are looking for a professional, caring, supportive Estate Agent who puts their clients at the centre of all they do, then choose Elephant. They are a great team, with a superb philosophy which means you know through the whole process, from the first visit to moving day, everything will be completed as they say it will. And there is more to praise and be grateful for! Their communication is amazing, from answering simple questions to explaining difficult processes, and is done in quick time and in a friendly manner. I was never left feeling it was too much trouble, in fact I felt the opposite. A special thank you to Ben who definitely went that extra mile and was nothing at all like the pushy salesman I thought an Estate Agent would be. He couldn’t have been more honest, caring and professional. I thoroughly recommend Ben and the team to anyone buying or selling in the Bristol Area. I score them 10/10, five stars all the way.

Poca profesionalidad de una tal Lily de la oficina de Villalba, yo creo que ni comprobó la documentación que les mandamos, poco recomendables la verdad.

Acabo de alquilar mi piso a través de Elephant Real State y la verdad es que ha sido todo un acierto. El trato de nuestra agente Yolanda de la Uz ha sido realmente excepcional, lo ha alquilado en un tiempo récord y se ha encargado de todo. Todo han sido facilidades, hemos acabado muy contentos. Mil gracias por todo Yola!!!

Ella fue la encargada Jhoana G. , sino me equivoco, pasa que hace y recomienda un gestor q en 3 meses no te saca el préstamo cn el banco y ese gestor es recomendado por ella, y entonces pasa q a la semana q te dice q gestor no pudo ,habla mal d el y en viceversa ,y entonces ella te recomienda a alguien q no da la talla como gestor ,y luego te dice q hagas un depósito de 11 mil en menos de una semana o sino pierdes el dinero q has dado y entonces te pasa a otro gestor para q te haga la gestión y el tasador te dice ya está vendida 🧐 , entonces ? Y hablando con el gestor nuevo dice que no es la primera ves que han caído varias personas,por q obvio te hacen el paripé para que pase el tiempo y al final se queda CN el dinero de la fianza ! Pero q listos , como dicen en su anuncio usted tranquilos q nos encargamos , es más mentira y ni llamarla por q ni contestan , espero q les sirva a la gente que busca información no confiar ,es la primera vez q estamos en la búsqueda de un casa y no tenemos ni la menor experiencia, que milagro que una casa que no se vendió en 3 meses se venda en menos de semana y dias ,o quiere decir que no éramos los únicos ?

Recientemente envié una reseña sobre la magnífica labor desarrollada por su agente Pepa Ivanova durante nuestra reciente operación de venta y compra de nuestra vivienda habitual, y por error, puse 1 estrella cuando en relación con su buen hacer deberían haber sido 5. Solo me queda reiterar lo dicho en mi anterior reseña volviendo a destacar la gran profesionalidad y magnífico trato recibido de Pepa.

As a purchaser dealing with Elephant, I found them to be very professional and responsive at all stages of the process. I had the pleasure of having Catherine show me round the property and found her to be very genuine. She didn’t attempt to sugarcoat any of the property’s downfalls and told me how it was which made me feel more confident when putting in my offer. Elephant were aware of our eagerness to complete ASAP and were always on the ball when chasing solicitors to hit deadlines and providing myself with updates. When Catherine was out of the office, Elephant always ensured another agent by the name of Sam was there to pick things up. This gave me peace of mind that I didn’t have to chase them for anything on the purchase and made the whole process fairly stress free. From my perspective, Elephant were great to work with and would recommend them onto anyone buying/purchasing property. Many thanks for your help guys!

Mi opinion es sobre Francisco M. Herrandiz Pinilla, nos ha engañado en el proceso de venta de una casa. Facilitando información incorrecta, llevando un proceso farragoso, es una persona que no se escucha mas que así mismo, sin ningun tipo de palabra y faltando a los acuerdos verbales y pactos acordados. Nada de fiar!!!. Hago constarlo para que no les pase a otros nuestra mala experiencia....falto a su palabra por whats App....ni da la cara....

Es una vergüenza y me entristece que haya empresas dando este horrible servicio. Ha viajado mi padre con 80 años desde Cádiz a Madrid a ver un piso con vosotros, tras poner la fianza de reserva, con cita programada ayer a las 18:30, os estuvimos esperando una hora en la calle y no apareció nadie. Hoy de nuevo le volvéis a citar a las 13:45 y tampoco habéis aparecido y vuestra excusa, que necesitáis más tiempo para ir a enseñárselo, ¿ahora se lo comunicáis? Ha venido desde Cádiz con la cita y se tiene que volver a Cádiz sin poder ver el piso. Mi madre es dependiente y no puede quedarse mas tiempo en Madrid. Sabéis su situación porque os la hemos explicado y aún así no habéis hecho acto de presencia. Vuestra empresa, no solo es poco profesional, sino también demuestra poco tacto o ninguno con vuestros clientes. Es VERGONZOSO!! El problema es con Elephant inmobiliaria en España en concreto en Madrid en Villalba la que ha ofrecido este servicio. ¿No son la misma empresa?

Elephant Estate Agents provided us with a really useful and high quality service. They organised the marketing very quickly. All the staff came to see the house before it hit the market. And then they were extremely helpful throughout the sale process. All for the same fee as the other local agencies, two of which I've used in the past. I never thought I would recommend any estate agent. But here I am.
