As a purchaser dealing with Elephant, I found them to be very professional and responsive at all stages of the process. I had the pleasure of having Catherine show me round the property and found her to be very genuine. She didn’t attempt to sugarcoat any of the property’s downfalls and told me how it was which made me feel more confident when putting in my offer. Elephant were aware of our eagerness to complete ASAP and were always on the ball when chasing solicitors to hit deadlines and providing myself with updates. When Catherine was out of the office, Elephant always ensured another agent by the name of Sam was there to pick things up. This gave me peace of mind that I didn’t have to chase them for anything on the purchase and made the whole process fairly stress free.
