Element Vape Reviews

I have multiple shops around town that I could get vape juice from but they all have the same lines or “house lines” that make everyone sick. Element vape is the one place I can and will always trust to get vape juice. Their selection is massive with so many brands you probably can’t find in stores! If you need a different brand or new flavor, element is the one to go to.

Purchasing my order was quick and easy.

When I placed the order, It said it didn't go through and something went wrong. I never received an order confirmation email, but I did receive this survey. I hope this survey means my order did go through.

Always happy to do business with Element Vape the process is easy and intuitive the products and pricing is excellent and shipping is always fast!

All items ordered received within the shipping window and in excellent condition. The prices are excellent and the selection, forget about it! I am ordering for the 3rd time from them and will do so for many years to come.

Your site is intuitive and easy to use. Brand specific when you want it to be. Well done.

I found the micro dose bowl screens I needed without needing to spend minimum $30. Element vape shipping has been good in the past so I expect that will be great also.

Easy ordering process

Device does not charge no buttons to press

One disposable worked, the other was good for a day or two then stopped working while it still had oil inside.

Easy to find what I needed

Had issues getting the replacement pods and customer service cannot seem to explain why I can order the kit (which is the pod+battery) and not just the replacement pod (it’s also half the price).

Bought a foger disposable vape from them, Two disposable tanks, both coils burnt out less than a week. Their response to me was your shit out of luck we don’t return disposables. Out $50 for nothing when I could’ve just bought vape juice to continue using my old system. I’ve been buying juice from them for years. Will find a new company. Their customer service sucks. I have a disposable with almost a full tank that will go in the trash because the coil is burnt.

There crooks!!!! Do not order from this fake company. They will steal your money and you wont receive nothing but the loss of your money. Try get a refund and they'll file a claim on your behalf thru there fake incompetence shipping company. Do not waist your money or time on these crooks

Fast shipping great prices!

Your website was easy to maneuver and my order was processed and delivered faster than expected.Thank you!!

Idk how they did it but my package arrived 2 days earlier and even though it's been quite literally 100 degrees out my chocolate was not melted at all 10 stars if I could frfr

I can not complain about Element Vape. My problem is with their shipping. My order was placed on 6-2 and I received it today 6-19. Element Vape sent it to the carrier on 6-4. Trying to track it was non-existent for they do not update. I felt shipping was very expensive and very slow. I feel the company would do better shipping USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Would be less expensive and prompt.

Untrustworthy, worst costumer service, they will make promos sketchy and refuse to honor them, stay away!!

Decent company, lots of products and good prices. However, shipping is a complete crapshoot and you'll end up wasting hours with support tickets, chats, and begging some scumbag delivery service to actually deliver your package.
