Pretty much next day delivery, very impressed and turnaround and cost

Was skeptical given the prices of all the other switch 2s right now, chanced it though as the reviews were practically all good from this website, It arrived the very next day so, idk, Console was brand new, did a dock update, played some Zelda, No issues or complaints, I should have bought it a few days sooner

I won’t lie, I was a little apprehensive making such a large purchase through a website I hadn’t heard of but I didn’t need to be. I pre-ordered a Switch 2 and it arrived exactly as and when they said it would. Excellent communication when it had been dispatched, delivery tracking etc. would definitely use again.

I admit, I was very nervous as was anyone during the Switch 2 pre ordering phase, lots of places went out of stock due to scalpers, and when I came across Electric I was weary, I hesitantly ordered it, a few days later asked if I would receive it on the day of release or really soon after, got an immediate response within 10 hours. Great communication, I also decided to cancel it and get the Mario kart world bundle instead, and again, instant refund and managed to get the bundle the same hour. 10/10 I admit the price is a little higher than other retailers like Argos, but that’s easily swept under the rug with great support and plenty of stock.

Ordered game (common game, 'Death Stranding' PS5) on 10th April... heard nothing at all by 14th so chased up. Nothing again. Chased up again on 15th and was told my email had gone into their junk folder. I was then told that the game would be in their stock tomorrow (16th) and asked if I would like to wait for them to receive it and then send it to me or be refunded. I asked for refund - I was then told that they might not even receive it on the 16th anyway! They apologised, but that won't get back all this wasted time. Will never use again. Absolutely do not recommend.

Was looking at the new Dragon Ball Sparking Zero game and it was listed at £65 - £70 everywhere. I searched google and seen that Electric Games had it the cheapesrt at £45. didn't think it they were legitimate until i did research. bought the game on Friday it was immediately dispatched and came first thing monday morning.

Can highly recommend Electric Games. First discovered them through their eBay account and decided to skip the middleman. They had by far the most competitive price amongst any retailer for the PS5 version of Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Deluxe Edition. I did have an issue with the courier causing damage to the product, but their customer support was absolutely fantastic. Danny sent me a returns label and arranged for a replacement to be sent out very quickly. Happy to say the replacement arrived in perfect condition. They have pleased a very fussy customer, I can’t fault them. I’ll definitely be using them again in future!

Pre ordered Sonic X Shadow Generations from this company yesterday morning and received the package less than 24 hours later despite the games release not happening until October 25th. Incredible delivery service and incredible pricing that left me wondering if i had been scammed until it actually turned up. will be using more often
