Horrendous expereince.
7 months to get a response. I rest my case! Horrendous experience. I was made to jump through hoops to get a boiler install arranged for one of my tenants. I was told my application had been successful and that an engineer would be coming out for the install on 09/01 between 09.00 till 12.00. I provided these details to my tenant. To my surprise no one came out and no one rang to advise why. When i contacted the company they told me the application has been rejected after being accepted. Pease stay well clear of this company. Worst customer experience i have ever had.

Was sceptical at first about getting a new boiler fitted from this unknown company to me. I needn’t have worried. The 2 men were excellent and carried out the job with explanation given for everything that they done. I wish I could find out their names to thank them personally. They worked non stop for at least 7hours. Very pleased Joan Smith

No help if you have a problem
Had boiler fitted but left with radiator missing valves and broken vale attachment. Tried contacting them and was given a number that puts you through to a recording where you can leave details several months have passed with no callback or assistance. And they have the audacity to reply saying this never happed our engineers don’t leave the property until heating system complete well they left mine with broken and missing radiator valves !!! And they don’t tell you how or where to submit a formal complaint after conveniently not receiving the one you already submitted! Nice, real nice touch!

Amazing company. From start to finish.
I had my boiler fitted today, i was actually in tears when the 2 fitters left, I was so overwhelmed by how lovely and helpful they were. They wouldn't leave until they had checked everything was working as it should, I was shown each radiator thermostat that had been changed, then the boiler and controller and they explained how they worked. They cleared everything away and left no mess. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I really can't believe I've finally got a new boiler. I am so grateful, I wish I had taken note of their names. THANK YOU so much. I thoroughly recommend this scheme and feel so lucky. Jo x
