ECO Energy Services Boiler Installation on Scheme
The engineers installed a new boiler and one radiator under the scheme for my oap mother. Since the installation 2 radiators are not heating up and one is leaking causing the boiler pressure to keep dropping. I have called numerous times to get the matter resolved but keep getting pushed from one person to another. The problem still remains unrepaired and i am nit happy with the service received or after care.

Great service from EcoEnergy Services but…..
Great service from EcoEnergy Services. Unfortunately the sub contracted engineer who installed the new boiler wasn’t great and the boiler was not installed correctly and the pipe work was very badly plumbed. Still having problems getting this rectified 6 months later. 5 radiators now not working as the feed from the boiler was plumbed in 15mm and not 22mm.

I recently had a boiler and radiators installed in my house by this company and was very pleased with the result. The plumbers/engineers were friendly and polite, and not only did they do a great job, they tidied up after. I only gave a four star review because they only installed one radiator downstairs and now the winter is here, I'm finding it's really not enough. Otherwise, they're a great company.
