Excellent service

Excellent service, from my phone call to the boiler being installed took 1 week! I also found out my existing boiler had a slight gas leak 😳

Brilliant experience to have my new…

Brilliant experience to have my new boiler fitted in, it is fabulous how hot my water is now for my everyday use. Also new radiators put in have made a huge difference to how warm my home is when previously it was rather cold for years..so Thank you very much! Very appreciated 😀

Dubious Representatives

They turned up to perform a survey for my I'll, very elderly mother who currently has a broken boiler and therefore, no heating in the house. She is in receipt of pension credit, disabled with specific illnesses. They carried out the survey and insisted that the kitchen was an extension but it is a conversion within the original property. She has been told she is not eligible for the grant as her home is considered energy efficient. Double glazed, insulated and has a condenser boiler. How can a home be energy efficient if the boiler is broken and cannot be repaired because the parts for the boiler are no longer obtainable. It is between 7 and 15 years old. I have researched this and from what I have read She is eligible and meets all the criteria. So thanks to having to wait for them to come and do the survey and wait for the reply my mum is still without heat in her home and we are having to start again. Would not recommend this company. The representative who turned up at the property also introduced himself as Ali Boiler. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I think NOT. He was more interested in getting us to refer others for surveys. Very dubious company

A Star Service

We put the application in to see if we were eligible for the boiler grant and within 10 mins had a phone call to book in for the surveyor to come out the following day. Two days later the team came out and worked all day to install the new boiler and new valves on the radiators. The whole process was so impressive! We would highly recommend this company to anyone that can benefit from this scheme. Thank you.

AVOID

AVOID! Had a guy alled Alex Voss (Indian accent) seems he is a regular on this page... Contacted me asking me to change my Banks details, very suspect and ABSOLUTELY NOT. This company seems like they are poaching grants on the sly from other companies. I have informed them that I will not be using them as they are not the company I originally applied for the grant through. I have forwarded the entire email trail to the company I originally went with and also the surveyor that attended my property. How did these people obtain my information? It appears on reading here they have done this before to other people. Im not at all happy how this company acquired my details and tried to get me to change my bank details. Their responses to people seem generic and claiming customers might be confused. I'm definitely not confused, I know what I was asked to do. Be warned.

The boiler was excellent however they…

The boiler was excellent however they took my kitchens fitted furniture and i had to pay extra £3500 to get them fitted again however the boiler is working just fine.
