New boiler fitted in a week - for free!

My 20+ year boiler was condemned by an engineer during a very cold snap in January. I wondered whether I might qualify for a government grant so I phoned up and someone was sent to my property within days to assess the boiler and my property as a whole. I did qualify as my property had a low energy rating (D), and a new boiler was fitted about a week later. It's been far more efficient than the other one in heating the property and keeping the costs down. It is great not to have paid a penny for a boiler which otherwise would have cost thousands.

Terrible experience

I used this company’s boiler grant to get a new boiler installed, but the experience was TERRIBLE from the very beginning. Not only did the 3 workers who came to install the new boiler not know how to speak English, the installation process left a leak in my ceiling due to them not soldering the pipe. This then caused my ceiling to fall through caused by the water damage. The team was unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about the mess they’ve made. They refused to cover the costs of damage. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. What should have been a helpful grant ended up creating more problems than it solved. Please AVOID this company at all costs!

I highly recommend this company

I highly recommend the government grant through Eco Energy Services Ltd. It's a great opportunity to make your home more energy-efficient and save on bills. This company were excellent to deal with. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and their time keeping was spot on. They were tidy workers and worked very hard to get the job finished on time. I am very pleased with the end result.

The application process was quick and…

The application process was quick and easy. They arrived on the day to replace new boiler. But broke outside pipe. They couldn't fix that. So the council needed to come and fix that water pipe first than we had to re arrange another day to fix the new Boiler. Loft insulation was done. But kitchen vent is not. They tried and drilled the wall but couldn't go through so gave up. They said someone they will send us to place a kitxhen vent on the window. But none called yet or come to put vent on the kitchen window. Every other day they call for the review needs to be done. I have told them once the kitchen vent is done i will review but yet not been done when writing this. Hence 4*

Pleased

Pleased with the work , apart from the loft insulation . They took less than an hour to lay insulation in my loft , when they had gone I looked up there and it had been laid like carpet , it was not put between beams . Big mess . So apart from loft , everything else went smoothly , good communication . Would recommend.

We were over the moon with the work…

We were over the moon with the work carried out, the workers were really friendly and efficient, I would highly recommend as from the time of application and work completed was 10 days !!! Amazing
