Terrible experience
I used this company’s boiler grant to get a new boiler installed, but the experience was TERRIBLE from the very beginning. Not only did the 3 workers who came to install the new boiler not know how to speak English, the installation process left a leak in my ceiling due to them not soldering the pipe. This then caused my ceiling to fall through caused by the water damage. The team was unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about the mess they’ve made. They refused to cover the costs of damage. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. What should have been a helpful grant ended up creating more problems than it solved. Please AVOID this company at all costs!
