Teh gentleman that put my boiler in were polite and told me what they were doing as they were doing they cleaned up all the mess they made it I've got lovely hot 🔥 water now and my radiators get really hot

I organised this for my brother-in-law.
I organised this for my brother-in-law who is ill, the guys fitting the boiler were very polite, quick and efficient. They even fitted a new radiator in the bathroom. All the work was completed in a day. I would definitely recommend this service. Boiler has been working well for the last couple of months.

Kitchen flooded ,smart thermostat failed and,had to be replaced.shower not working after installation.No smart rad thermostats fitted,When boiler engineer had inspected ,no trap was fitted to outside condensing pipe ,He fitted one himself.So one star for turning up.

Both my husband and I are senior citizens. We were unable to move our belongings so the fitters did They were very respectful and tidied ip any mess that they had made We have had no issues and we are more than happy with the work that has been untaken and would not hesitate to use this company again

Everything...the company could not…
Everything...the company could not provide details of type of boiler fitting under Eco4 grant..and then the could not lay loft insulation correctly some was just thrown around blocking loft vents...50% was laid on floor boards..some areas one could see ceiling ...and when complained sent another company to rectify ...who didn't do any better..ending up myself having to sort issue out!...the boiler change i cancelled with them as how can you trust them when they cannot do a simple insulation job twice!!!!
