We had been factoring with another factoring company and it was not working out. During the COVID era they were working from home and funding was slow. We decided to stop factoring and payments were slow to come and a lot went to the old factoring company and took a long time to get to us. Our owner operators need quick pay so we decided to give eCapital a look. We liked what we read and moved forward. Best decision ever, our rate is low and funding is made simple.
Gave us an approval just to tell us 3 weeks later we weren't approved! Which also gave us a hard inquiry on our credit reports! It seems as if they wanted our personal information just to deny us! And Right before Christmas! Good luck on hoping and wishing for a professional experience!

After all the headache with getting paid by brokers, some checks, direct deposit, quick pay at 5%, it was a no brainer to get a factoring company. Glad to be apart of Ecapital. Things are great. Finish a load submit the ratecon, bills and that's it. $$$ time.
