Have been using Easy Crypto for 5 years since the beginning of my Crypto journey. The proceed of buying\selling is easy on there App. simple to follow. Over those years I've made mistakes, and still do. But the support I get in resoling problems etc is 100%. They are tireless at resoling problem. I look forward to the next 5 years of using EC

Been using Easy Crypto for years now well over 100k in transactions, however, lately has gone extremely downhill with transaction times and transparency. Easy Crypto for New Zealanders is no longer instant in the slightest, you'll be waiting 4-5 hours at a minimum even longer, they will blame all NZ banks being the issue when thats not the case at all (or never was when they were NZ owned). Shame how downhill it has gone since being sold overseas, take my business elsewhere where it is instant and transparent.

Trades are slow, fees are higher than expected, and execution feels manipulated. Whether it’s incompetence or something more deliberate, transparency is nonexistent. And customer support is beyond terrible. If you ever need assistance, don’t expect any help. On the contrary, they are unresponsive and seem to operate with an unpleasant attitude, almost as if they’re on a power trip. And if you complain, their response is simply to block your account. Edit: NO, I DON'T WANT TO GIVE YOU MY PRIVATE DATA SO YOU SCREW ME OVER MORE.

I am not a pro in using apps but using this one was way too easy..may it be selling or buying my crypto. As a new user I was a bit sceptical but it is reliable.

I needed to increase my sell limit with Easy Crypto recently and I needed some help with this as I am not very computer savvy. However, the staff at Easy Crypto were super helpful in assisting me in getting this completed quickly and with minimal hassle. Many thanks to Hays and Tara at Easy Crypto with the help in doing this which i really appreciated. Only reason this review was not 5 star was because the process of increasing my limit with Easy Crypto required myself to seek help to complete compliance requirements with Easy Crypto which other might also find challenging with the same less computer ability as myself.
