Went through a verification process recently on Easy Crypto and the whole thing was completed in a very timely way with all my various queries answered promptly throughout. Since joining in Feb this year have found the NZ site to be really great in general - many thanks to everyone working away there!

First of all, I want to say easycrypto Nz is amazing. They have been fantastic over the the years. This is why its a 2 stars instead of 1. However easy crypto Australia is absolute garbage and I highly recommend using a different platform. First of all, you cant use a debt card making it a nightmare to use, because of this you have to do a bank transfer. While this isn't that bad, the problem is they take forever to process your transaction, if its past like 3pm its not coming until like 10 am the next day. Unlike in nz, and using a debt card they dont guarantee your purchase price. So if It fluxurates between then good luck. For example I lost 10% of what it said on a buy because of this. Do not buy from them until they fix it.
Easy Crypto is just a bad site. The app is different from the website in its function and is so frustrating. Yes it has a good exchange rate with NZD but buyer beware. I have over 10 exchange accounts around the world and this site/app is just horrendous. If you are just learning - DO NOT USE THIS SITE - You will get frustrated and angry for no good reason. Crypto is a little complicated - but not this site/app - this site takes it to another level. Its truly horrendous. Find anywhere else.
Most of the time it's good. Sadly there have been delays in the past and the response from the help team was delayed. Eventually it was corrected by Easycrypto but the delay caused unnecessary stress. I have found a faster and better way to buy crypto in NZ now so I am reluctant to use Easycrypto again. Service was just not up to par when dealing with actual people's money.

I have been using the service at easycrypto for several years. But was dreading having to verify some of my historical cryptocurrency purchases, so that I could sell them through the platform. I have to say the verification process was seamless and efficient. Many thanks to the team at easycrypto for an excellent user experience.
After spending almost 2 hours on another platform, I was able to achieve what I wanted in 5 minutes with Easy Crypto. Definitely the platform for those in New Zealand.
