Delivery easyis such a waste of time and money. They don't care if you've received cold food, hair in your cookie and the wrong drink. They don't do refunds, they'll give excuses for poor service

Pour le service easy delivery il est bien fiable, mon colis est arrivé comme commandé en ligne, en choisissant EMS pour une livraison de 9jr+ depuis la France vers le Maroc, le résultat : mon colis est arrivé après 43jours d'attente.. la cause service EMS pas au niveau attendu et la mise du colie en attente à la douane pour presqu'un mois... pas satisfait de la livraison (causé par EMS / Douane Marocaine) ce qui m'engage sur des frais supplémentaire.. livraison et douane ont couté 200% du prix du colis. en revanche satisfait pour le côté confiance du service easy delivery.

Service non seulement tres long, aucun suivi de colis et surtout HORS DE PRIX c'est juste du vol. Passez par colisexpat par exemple et avec un abonnement annuel de 24 euros les frais de livraisons sont correct, rapide et surtout il y a un suivi et en plus vous avez une adresse postale en france ou dans n'importe quel autre pays du monde.

Easy delivery est tres efficace. J'ai commandé une bouteille de vin ainsi qu'une boite gravée tout etait intacte et tres bien protégé. Delais de livraison respecté aucun soucis à ce niveau on peut leur faire confiance ils sont reactifs et efficaces. Seul bémol un tarif onéreux. frais de réexpédition 104 euros (UPS) + douane 80eur c'est vraiment exagéré. Pour un cadeau qui m'a coûté 70 eur..Le jeu n'en valait vraiment pas chandelle..

As mentioned in comments below this company steal your goods. I ordered 11 bottles of wine and only 8 arrived. The label in the package said it weight 11kg and in reality it was 9kg. I try to communicate with easy-delivery but they are not assuming any responsabity. I'm going to proceed with a legal complain for fraud. Please, do not buy here. Try to find another way.

Service Extrêmement cher même pour des colis de taille mini ! Service clientèle réactif et serviable mais il faut revoir vos tarif, il n'est pas normal de payer le même prix pour un gros colis que pour un petit objet qui tiendrait dans une enveloppe..

Colis reçu ce jour, achat aux Etats-Unis livraison en France. Service client ultra disponible et réactif, même au téléphone ! Je recommande car une solution est toujours proposée.

Terrible to deal with

Une seule commande pour l'instant mais celle-ci s'est passée tellement bien que je décide de recommander le service. A peine 30 minutes après la notification du 1er transporteur comme quoi le colis était livré j'ai vu que le colis était bien reçu et je l'ai fait expédier et la même journée il était déjà en transit. Le colis a été soigneusement déposé dans une autre boite avant expédition, vraiment top. Certes, les prix sont élevés mais la qualité à l'air d'être au rendez-vous...

I initially hesitated to use this service after mediocre reviews here on trustpilot.com. However, my package successfully arrived without any problems from China to the United States and then forwarded to French Polynesia! Very happy with the parcel forwarding service! Five stars! Additionally, their website offers a very ergonomic user interface for following the parcel. Note, this was a single parcel forwarding experience, I did not sign up for a yearly plan or anything of that nature with the easy-delivery.com platform.

Easy-delivery is one of the best in receiver and delivery packages in Europe. I commend them for their good work. For sometimes now, items have been missing from the carton when the package gets to easy-delivery office, some bad eggs in the company responsible for the remover of costly items from the carton and take the picture of empty carton and sent it the owner claiming that the sender sent empty carton inside the package they received. They have been removed expansive items like Samsung, iPhone, Macbook, and golds. These bad attitudes have been happening sometimes now but now it is so rampant, it is now obvious that if someone is expecting a package containing these items I mentioned above, the person may not get the item inside carton but only get an empty carton, they will remove the item inside and they will tell you that it is an empty carton that is inside the package that came to their office, which is not true. Some bad elements in that company have removed the item inside the carton, they will take the picture of carton and send it to you that your sender sent empty carton. I am calling the attention of the management of the easy-delivery, the CEO/FOUNDER to take note of what is happening in the company right now. The insider may not know how his/her house is deity until the outsider calls his/her attention to the situation of the house. The atrocity was committed by few people in that company. The management must make sure that the warehouse or where they normal open packages are well secure with CCTV and they must make sure to make an honest and trustworthy person as the manager of the warehouse because if this atrocity continues, it may bring the company down and when the company down the owner of the company suffers while the employee who causes the problems will find their way. We are your customers and the customers make the company flow when they patronize the company while some employees kill the company by the atrocity committed. Thanks

Expat au Maroc, j'ai testé quelques services de réexpédition moyens avant de tomber sur Easy Delivery. Ils sont vraiment bien, attentifs et rapides pour répondre aux demandes et mes réexpéditions se passent toujours parfaitement ! Bref, je recommande !

Easy-delivery 30 j refuse d'envoyer mon colis même si j'ai payé 60 euros pour les frais de réexpédition. Il n'y a personne avec qui parler et 180 euros perdu de mon achat sur internet. ils archivent vos colis pendants des mois pour les volées ensuite .

I used this company to deliver a package to my country (Finland) from France as the shop where I ordered the item did not deliver it here. I was a bit worried if the delivery company of the shop would deliver the package all the way to this warehouse or if the package would be wandering in some post office in France. However the package showed up on the website of the warehouse after a half of a hour after delivery company said the package was delivered. Then I ordered a shipping to my country and I had the package here a week later. The price of the shipping (43€) was about the same as estimated before the package arrived to the warehouse and that was the only price I had to pay. The package was in great condition when it arrived. Very happy about the service at least now as everything went as planned.
