I was able to find the exact awning arm I needed. Other sites did not have anything close to what I was looking for, Dyers had it and it was reasonably priced. Delivery was within five days.

Package arrived quickly, boxes were a bit broke up, we have not put them on yet, plan to this week. Good price on the jacks.

The price was the best I could find anywhere.. Got here much faster than what was expected.. The only thing I wish they would have asked me if I need the dryer vent attachments.. I couldn't find them anywhere around here where I am.. I think there is a special adapter that goes on the back of the washer dryer combination

Met expectations.

Called and they confirmed they had the 15K BTU Penquin 2 A/C for my RV so placed my order. They sent wrong unit 13.5K BTU with missing parts and RV repair shop tried to make it work. Not only was wrong unit it turned out to be defective. They gave me refund for part but no compensation to the cost I incurred from RV repair shop dealing with their mistake. Be very cautious if you deal with the incompetency that exists with the communication from their Arizona office and Indiana warehouse. Best to avoid this company if your parts can come from someone else.

I ordered a new core furnace When it arrived the box was rough I inspected my core and found a broken part. Kristi from support was the most helpful person I’ve dealt with in years!!!!!!!! She is what this country is missing She answered my questions and emails promptly No waiting days for her to respond. It was less than a hr each time My new core should arrive just in time for my trip Thanks again for a great experience with your company and Kristi was the best

Received the temperature sensor earlier than expected. Installed it and it is functioning well.
