The ordering process was great. However, Dometic, the manufacturer & shipper of this hardware did not have adequate protection & securement of the metal arms inside the box during shipment and one of the end brackets was bent on arrival. The RV Technician was able to straighten the bracket and install the arms today.

The slide in stove was scratched in many places and one burner mounting clip was broken. The stove top looked like it was one that had been returned. We needed a unit immediately so we kept it instead returning it.
