I had a genuinely good experience with my visit. The appointment started right on time, and the vet was clear, calm, and straightforward about what was going on with my cat. He explained what she needed, why, and what to watch for, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. For me, this doesn’t replace an in-person vet when something serious comes up, but it does make a huge difference for the recurring issues that don’t always need a full office visit. That alone saves me a lot of stress and money. The cost of one traditional vet appointment basically covers two years of guidance and support here, which makes it easier to get my cats the care they deserve without waiting things out or guessing. I haven’t used every service they offer yet, but based on this visit, I left feeling reassured and confident my cat is getting what she needs.

I can't say enough about how grateful I am for this service. I didn't think it would ever happen, and here I am, same day, saw a quick vet visit, paid a small and very reasonable fee to join, and am going to get very overdue and greatly needed medication shipped directly to my house. I am so grateful, and my vet, Dr. Almomany, was very intelligent, nice, and skipped all the unnecessary fluff to provide my boy with a fast solution. I have never had a better experience with probably any other service ever... I'm literally blown away by being able to use this platform. I'm a customer for life, guaranteed! The platform functions very well, it is organized clearly, and there are great options for whatever you need. I even learned about some new products I didn't know about, like, products I will actually purchase in the event I need them (flea/tick/wormer combo?!), the application process was very simple and only required my previous vets information, and their prices are unheard of to me. I paid $97 for my first appointment, which was discounted for the year subscription, plus the cost of the antibiotics, which are shipped free to my home. This service is going to be a huge deal for anyone, but especially for people who are having a hard time getting into a physical office. I'm astonished. I'm totally blown away with this whole thing and I want everyone to know about it. On top of all of that, there's even a messaging area where you can correspond with your vet outside of the appointment window, and mine even asked me to send pictures so he could look into my cats eye infection further. That means I didn't have to have him perfectly staring at the zoom call, but was allowed to take my time submitting quality photos that display the problem properly. My own doctors platform is not even set up as nicely as Dutch. Thank you Dutch, thank you so so so much, I want to cry from how overwhelmingly grateful I am we got to connect today. I have 5 cats and will be using this service for all of them in the future. I felt heard, my needs were met, I wasn't pressured or belittled, and my vet was patient with me even though the appointment was only like 10 minutes. 5/5 stars, 100% recommended!

My 3 year old cat Salem was showing signs of an uncomplicated UTI over the weekend. He was eating, drinking and playing but made frequent trips to litterboxes and other non-litterbox places (which is unusual for him) but only peeing a little at a time. I signed up for Dutch at 2am on Monday and had a Zoom meeting at 5pm that day. The vet was understanding, asked relevant questions and prescribed medication for Salem plus guidance on helpful changes in giving him wet food more frequently to help with hydration. I ordered his prescriptions half an hour later. The next day, I got an update that the prescription had been processed and shipped. A veterinary pharmacy within my state shipped the package on Tuesday. The order arrived before noon on Wednesday via UPS Next Day Air. I paid $20 for rush shipment which is pretty reasonable considering I live in a fairly rural area and getting deliveries that fast and early in the day isn't typical without this kind of priority shipping service. In under 24 hours, Salem's symptoms started to improve and he was back to using only litterboxes. Going this route avoided stressing him out with a car ride in a carrier, and I'm very happy with the service I got and knowing I can consult with a vet for any problems for the next year of membership. I am unsure about the quantity of medication I needed to buy because my only option was to purchase all of the refills or sign up for a monthly autoship which doesn't make sense for antibiotics. The antinausea/pain medication came in a quantity that exceeds the number of days on the antibiotic and his duration of symptoms by quite a bit at a total of 48 days worth. I didn't question it at the time because getting him treatment asap was my primary goal. I'm still giving them 5/5 because my little dude is doing much better and that matters more to me than having more medication than he needs.

I don’t hesitate calling my Dutch vet because I can trust all my questions will be answered quickly and I can jump right in with Doc’s recommendations. This was our third appointment with Dutch, and honestly, it’s like having a friendly veterinarian as a neighbor.

Was able to get an appointment on short notice and got my cat the meds he needed without having to wait much longer to get in to see his regular Vet.

Straight to the point Listened to all of my concerns and came up with a treatment plan quickly, appreciate the preventative treatment plan rather than just a quick fix.

Using Dutch to get veterinary care for my companion animals is wonderful! The vets available on Dutch are awesome! They are professional, knowledgeable, and as concerned about my pets as I am. Additionally, using Dutch for vet care offers zero stress for my pups and me. Being able to see a vet from home is wonderful! I highly recommend Dutch for vet care!!!

Dr. Gonzales is caring, compassionate. Use Dutch to treat my cat, who ended up with a a fungal infection Her poor nose was so swollen. The swollen nose has gone down and still treating her.

My experience was amazing to get a Vet who understood my concerns for my dog. The Vet was very knowledgeable on the breed (Boston Terrier) and I couldn’t be more happier with Dutch and their membership and online system as a senior citizen so easy to use and I did it all sitting on my couch at home.

He listened! Our 8YO "pup" has severe reactivity. We are "reverse home-bound", in that we cannot entertain friends in our domicile due to her. Within the limited ten minute time frame that Dutch provided (Grrrr!), we developed an expert care plan. Our girl will soon have a daily anti-anxiety med, SSRI, more appropriate dosages of situational premeds (DVM appts., etc), and with home behavioral therapy and resources provided. Also with follow-up. The downsides are that I did not want to buy a six-month supply of the anti-anxiety med, because side effects can occur and the Dutch price was significantly higher than other sources. But, Dutch was also the first DVM source to actually recognize the need for a daily med. !!! We are really happy and hopeful that our four-legger will greatly benefit from all of the above. I loved the immediate attention i was able to receive and pass on to my cat to make her more comfortable. The vet listened and provided results. This was my first visit. Absolutely worth the investment in Dutch platform and my pet. I felt not only do they care about my pet's concerns, but also my time. Saved me time and mone y. I appreciate that very much.

So far Dutch has exceeded my expectations. It also makes getting help for my dog a pleasant experience because she is afraid and very difficult to bring to a physical veterinarian.
