He listened!!
He listened! Our 8YO "pup" has severe reactivity. We are "reverse home-bound", in that we cannot entertain friends in our domicile due to her. Within the limited ten minute time frame that Dutch provided (Grrrr!), we developed an expert care plan. Our girl will soon have a daily anti-anxiety med, SSRI, more appropriate dosages of situational premeds (DVM appts., etc), and with home behavioral therapy and resources provided. Also with follow-up. The downsides are that I did not want to buy a six-month supply of the anti-anxiety med, because side effects can occur and the Dutch price was significantly higher than other sources. But, Dutch was also the first DVM source to actually recognize the need for a daily med. !!! We are really happy and hopeful that our four-legger will greatly benefit from all of the above.
