The granddaughter goes here and she said that it's a very good place to go for her gaming.
I will always buy from my local business instead of online. The area needs more shops that support and treasures the community they serve. Keep up the great work..
Was looking for a few models for a while out of stock reached out they didn’t have any at that time but as soon as they got stock they reached out to me
I could not have asked for a better experience
Easy purchase, simple to use site. Recommended
Great Customer service and communication. My item arrived on time. The price for the item was extremely good compared to other shops that sell this type of product. I would highly recommend this shop
First and last time using this company, preordered the UPC Charizard box, 20day ago. Have had my money since then, and today being the actual release date so was expecting it to show up today, get an email advising they do not have enough stock for me order? I mean come on? You should only put confirmed stock for pre order right? Shocking.
very friendly during purchase
I'm happy with my order. Everything was securely wrapped and intact.
Everything you'd want a friendly local gaming store to be. Friendly, knowledgeable owner. Great facilities in a good location in Pontypool town, close to multiple parking options and food outlets. Good level of stock. Tables to hire for gaming. Very little (or no) 4/5G signal but there's WiFi available if you join a (payable) gaming group. It's just a really good example of a small gaming store.
Only place I could find a particular game in stock. Good price & quick delivery.
Dukes is always very welcoming and helpful, great prices and a good community of people
Great service can't fault them, staff always happy to held and if what you are after is out of stock they will order it in for you 👌🏽
Super fast communication. I've not received the parcel yet but if I've not updated this review. Then take that as everything was perfect!
Great experience cant fault it will use again
Dukes is a great little shop for board games, card games and hobb7y gaming. Always welcoming, and great knowledge around all the games in the store. Will continue to come to Dukes when I can and when I can't I'll be using his online store.
My son Absolutely loved this store, he's painted several characters and enjoyed the after school club immensely, playing the hugest Marvel board game I've ever seen with the owner giving them guidelines of how to play. An amazing asset to Pontypool, getting your kids off consoles and showing their artistic skills!!
Items came quickly and safely packaged. There was no damage to the items, and they looked great. The website and order process was easy.
Easy to use site and great communication. Prices are also competitive, which is great for a brick and mortar store!
Amazing store with a thriving local community hosting and selling most hobby tabletop/card game products as well as in store events all week. The owner Luke is very passionate, knowledgable and eager to help wherever he can.
Very clear website with a large selection of products! Quick reply after purchasing and plenty of good deals.
